MC-QUEST is an academic research project building a multicultural benchmark of internet memes (a follow-up to the M-QUEST paper, AAAI 2026). Native contributors upload memes from their own culture and answer a fixed set of annotation questions about each one. The images, answers, and metadata become a research dataset.
